The Red Sox placed Dustin Pedroia on the 60-day injured list after the team claimed righty Phillips Valdez off waivers. Pedroia has played just nine games over the past two seasons.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
