This offseason, the Cubs hired Rachel Folden as a hitting coach — the same day the Yankees hired Rachel Balkovec to a similar role. It was historic because they are the first women in such roles, and because few jobs in sports are more hands-on.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
