Thousands of stadium workers not covered by pledges of financial support from athletes, teams

Athletes, owners and managers from across leagues have pledged financial support to team and stadium staffers sidelined by the coronavirus pandemic. But that support doesn’t extend to thousands of workers who are now joining the ranks of the unemployed.
