After splitting the first 10 games, Serena Williams pulled away to beat Kristie Ahn 7-5, 6-3 in the first round of the US Open on Tuesday. Venus Williams, meanwhile, lost in the first round for the first time in 22 attempts.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
