An announcer for a livestream of an Oklahoma girls’ high school basketball game cursed and called one team by a racial epithet as the players kneeled during the national anthem. He later apologized, blaming his comments on his blood-sugar levels.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
