Chicago White Sox DH Yermin Mercedes got three hits in his first three at-bats Saturday to open the season 8-for-8, setting the record for most consecutive hits to start a season.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
