Pennsylvania’s Lia Thomas became the first known transgender athlete to capture a Division I national title by winning the 500 free at the NCAA women’s swimming championships in Atlanta on Thursday, while protesters demonstrated outside.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
