Though approved for the Swedish Women’s Hockey League, bodychecking remains banned in women’s hockey by the International Ice Hockey Federation, dating back to a decision made in the early 1990s.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
