The Padres acquired left-handed starter Rich Hill and first baseman Ji Man Choi from the Pirates for first baseman Alfonso Rivas and two minor leaguers, the teams announced Tuesday.

Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
