EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The “Rick Stein on USI Women’s Basketball” radio show returns Wednesday, February 28, live from The Hilltop Inn off Harmony Way on Evansville’s Westside. Wednesday’s show is the last one of the 2023-24 regular season.
The show will air live on ESPN WREF 97.7 FM and at listentotheref.com between 7-8 p.m. The show will feature USI Women’s Basketball Head Coach Rick Stein as well as USI Men’s Basketball play-by-play commentator Brad Klein.
Stein will comment on the Screaming Eagles’ 2023-24 Ohio Valley Conference regular season championship, recap USI’s last few games on the road, and preview the last two regular season home games against Lindenwood University and Southeast Missouri State University.
Special interview guests will be redshirt senior guard Addy Blackwell (Bloomington, Indiana) and fifth-year senior Tori Handley (Jeffersonville, Indiana). The two seniors will be playing their last regular season home games this week and will be recognized on Senior Night this Saturday at Screaming Eagles Arena.
The next radio show date is March 12 following the OVC Tournament at Ford Center March 6-9 in downtown Evansville, Indiana. The schedule is subject to change.
