Southern Indiana redshirt junior goalkeeper Anna Markland has once again proven why she’s one of the top shot-stoppers in the Ohio Valley Conference. Following a commanding 2-0 win over Southern Illinois, Markland was named OVC Goalkeeper of the Week. The win marked more than just a standout individual performance; it was also the Screaming Eagles’ first victory of the season. Markland recorded her ninth career solo shutout in the match, anchoring a strong defensive effort and solidifying her role as a key leader on the pitch.
