The Mets and infielder Jorge Polanco have agreed on a two-year, $40 million contract, sources told ESPN. Polanco is expected to primarily play first base, replacing Pete Alonso, who left in free agency.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
