Trail Blazers guard Carmelo Anthony is the inaugural winner of the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion award for “pursuing social justice … for individuals and groups who have been historically marginalized or systemically disadvantaged.”
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
