Olympic swimming champion Michael Phelps has been open about managing his mental health. During the coronavirus pandemic, he continues to encourage others to seek help. In this as-told-to with ESPN’s Wayne Drehs, Phelps says exercise and therapy help him.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
