Marshall and East Carolina will play their opener on Aug. 29 after the NCAA granted a waiver to move the game to Week Zero to honor the 50th anniversary of the Marshall plane crash tragedy, which claimed 75 lives.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
