The Clemson Board of Trustees voted to change the name of its honors college after former players Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins urged the school to remove the reference to John C. Calhoun, the former vice president and slavery advocate.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
