Florida’s attorney general has sent a letter to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to express concern that the Rooney Rule is “blatant race and sex discrimination” and that hiring decisions should be based on merit only.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
