A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit Tuesday against Indiana University in which former men’s basketball players alleged improper sexual conduct by a former team physician because the players’ complaint fell far beyond the two-year statute of limitations.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
