An executive order signed by President Donald Trump on Friday aims to limit NCAA athletes to a five-year playing window and how often they can transfer between schools.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
