Makoa Sniffen’s run-scoring single in the 10th inning gave the Saint Mary’s Gaels an improbable 6-5 victory over UCLA on Sunday in Los Angeles, eliminating the top-seeded Bruins, who were 51-6 headed into the weekend, from the NCAA baseball tournament.
