NFL rules permit two players to wear duplicate numbers during OTAs and training camp, when rosters consist of 90 players, but that changes come late August.
Starting at the beginning of the College Football Season in late August of this year, a new show will begin here on 97.7 WREF called Hammer and Emmett. This show features Cleveland personalities Aaron Goldhammer and Emmett Golden and will be from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. every Saturday.
